1. What is Lyrica 75mg?
Lyrica (Pregabalin) is an anticonvulsant and pain-relieving medication commonly prescribed for the following conditions:
- Treatment of neuropathic pain in adults, such as postherpetic neuralgia, diabetic polyneuropathy, and central or peripheral neuropathic pain.
- Treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).
- Treatment of fibromyalgia.
- Adjunctive therapy with other antiepileptic drugs for partial-onset seizures in adults, with or without secondary generalization.

2. Dosage instructions for Lyrica 75mg
The usual dose of Lyrica (Pregabalin) ranges from 150-600mg/day, divided into 2-3 doses. The dosage may vary depending on the treatment purpose:
- Neuropathic pain and epilepsy treatment: Start with 150mg/day divided into 2-3 doses. Depending on the patient’s response, the dose can be increased to 300mg/day after 3-7 days of treatment. If necessary, the dose may be further increased to a maximum of 600mg/day after one week.
