Lyrica (Pregabalin) is an anticonvulsant and pain-relieving medication commonly prescribed for the following conditions:

• Treatment of neuropathic pain in adults, such as postherpetic neuralgia, diabetic polyneuropathy, and central or peripheral neuropathic pain.
• Treatment of generalized anxiety disorder (GAD).
• Treatment of fibromyalgia.
